Leadership in practice
FranklinCovey · Loyalty · 2013–2015
At FranklinCovey, I worked as the lead front-end developer on a small team building the Loyalty software product. The work spanned the second version of the web application and a mobile version of its dashboard.
Today, as Director of Software Development at Reading Horizons, I lead software engineers in an Agile environment, work with project managers and product owners on flagship products, contribute to sprints, and coordinate across product development teams.
Let's connect
I'm interested in conversations where thoughtful leadership and hands-on engineering can make a difference.
