little light of ages past, and only diminished knowledge of the vast and
intriguing world of the present. The darkness that surrounds them, the bleak
shadow of illiteracy, condemns them to poverty, hunger, and ignorance. Do
whatever you can to help them, whether they be in your home, neighborhood, or
across the world. Bring light into their lives by helping them learn to read.
